KS2 TA with Intervention Experience in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

In this full-time role, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, you will play a vital role in providing targeted support to Key Stage 1 and 2 students, utilizing your intervention experience to enhance their learning journey. They are seeking individuals with a passion for education and a demonstrated ability to deliver effective interventions to support students’ progress.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with classroom educators to identify students requiring additional support and design tailored intervention plans to address their individual learning needs in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Implement engaging and innovative intervention strategies to support students’ academic progress and development across various subjects and areas of learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing regular feedback to classroom teachers and adjusting interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Build strong relationships with students, inspiring a love for learning and encouraging their confidence and independence.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience or training in delivering interventions within Key Stage 2, with a focus on supporting students’ academic progress and personal development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve success.

This is a full-time, long-term position with a daily rate of £85-£100, working during term time.
