Your Key Responsibilities?

• Delivering the highest quality food from prep to cook to serve
  
• Training and coaching of the the kitchen team
  
• Managing the daily food production
  
• Keeping the operational costs within the budgets
  
• Driving and ensuring the whole team has the highest food safety standards
