nursery which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen
Assistant to join their team.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll
play a crucial role in ensuring that the children receive wholesome,
balanced meals and snacks that fuel their growing bodies and minds.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Chef in food
preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the
kitchen, and helping with serving meals to our little
ones.
Hours for this full time position are 9am-230pm 5 days a
week all year around. In addition to a good salary, you can also

Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and serving of food, snack and refreshments across the nursery
- You'll contribute to creating a positive dining experience for the children, fostering their love for healthy eating from a young age
- Promote healthy eating habits and providing nutritious meals made with fresh, wholesome ingredients
- Basic food preparation skills
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Food Hygiene certificate
- Passion for working with children and promoting healthy eating habits
