As a Kitchen Porter you will:
- Be responsible for the cleaning, and organization of the pot wash area
- Be reponsible for completing cleaning schedules accurately and in a timely fashion
- Be responsible for adhering to COSHH regulations and guidance as stipulated in the FSMS
- Be responsible for assisting in storing food safely and appropriately under the guidance and instruction of the Head Chef or wider Kitchen Team
