(1)LG Channels Programming Manager

1)Responsibilities

• Programming / Editorial Strategy

- Develop and implement editorial strategy for LG Channels, O&O Channels and AVOD

- Collaborate with content providers to understand programming priorities and timelines in order to influence promotion and placement that drives increased engagement on LG Channels

- Support the onboarding of new content partners, liaising with tech partners through the process of QA, ingestion, ad placement, launch and ongoing performance monitoring

- Drive communication, education, data management, performance and reporting across partners

- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies designed to maximize user engagement

- Work with content providers and vendors to onboard content

• Analyzing / Contribution for LG Channels

- Candidate will be responsible for contributing to the overall growth of the channel through the lens of content and programming, providing insight and recommendations to the team on how to better program the service to improve engagement. Build process for successful launch of new channels, reposition existing channels, scheduling licensed content, performance reporting

- This role supports strategic KPIs of growing LG video ad inventory through increased streaming in LG Channels. It also works with LG marketing for content initiatives

- Continuously analyze current channel lineup along with competitor lineups to prioritize channel partnerships and promotion, contributing to performance reviews with partners

- Assist with inventory forecasts and models

- Must have strong POV on what content works for LG Channels viewers, helping to guide how we work with content partners, studios, networks etc.

- The Programming Manager will be responsible for understanding what's relevant in pop culture and use that info to recommend programming strategy

- Needs to be a highly communicative and trusted by internal LG counterparts, content providers, 3P tech partners

2)Qualifications

Bachelor Degree preferred

- English speaking country preferred and at least one other European language

Minimum 5 years’ experience

• Experience programming or product management experience in the digital video delivery space with demonstrated success in technical operations

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with digital program scheduling tools

May be requested to work evenings or weekends for special program live events



(2)Business Development Manager

1)Responsibilities

• Work with HQ to achieve annual roadmap and revenue goals

• Work with HQ to negotiate existing agreements as required.

• Investigate different business models to assist LG grow the platform business

• Drive communication, education, data management, performance and reporting across partners

• Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends / developments within the industry

• Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients including carrying out QBR’s

• Working with the Partner Engagement Team to optimize the commercial relationships with CP’s

2)Qualifications

• A Bachelor Degree preferred

- English speaking country preferred with at least one other European language

• Minimum 5 years’ experience

• Experience programming or product management experience in the digital video delivery space with demonstrated success in technical operations

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

(3)Senior Manager Acquisitions LG Channels

1)Key Responsibilities

• Work with Director Content & Services to negotiate commercial terms for 3rd Party FAST channels, FAST rights and AVOD rights for the LG Channels platform and the O&O FAST channels

• Work Finance and Director of Content & Services on the yrarly acquisitions plan and acquisitions strategy

• Investigate different business models to assist LG grow the platform business

• Attend markets and conferences to build relationships with content distributors.

Work with Legal on the negotiation of the commercial agreements

2)Core competencies

• Strong negotiation skills

• Large network of contacts within the industry

• Strong knowledge of the TV / FAST landscape and the structure of content licensing deals.

• Excellent communication skills

• Assist with budget setting and acquisitions strategy

Able to use data to inform programming / buying and financial decisions

(4)LG Channels Partner Marketing Manager

1)Responsibilities

Marketing / Promotion

• Develop and maintain strong relationships and lines of communication with content partners

• Become the primary marketing and promotion contact for all content partners

• Work with in-house design team on the creation of templates and own brand promotions.

• Create and maintain promotional calendar

• Generate compelling ideas for promotional stunts and seasons

• Monitor and track campaign performance and metrics

• Track and traffic timely delivery of campaign assets

• Liaise with EU marketing teams to communicate service highlights and facilitate local online/social campaigns

• Provide ad hoc campaign reports and presentations for content partners

2)Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred
