Land Director

Full Job Description

A large, well-established consultancy are looking for a Land Director to join their team either in their London, North West or Scottish offices. This is a great opportunity to lead a team working on some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the technical delivery of land referencing projects
• Support the writing of tenders to secure opportunities and lead on business development and CRM
• Manage the Land team and ensure they are delivering successful projects
• Reporting and managing risk of projects and the team
• Monthly financial and utilisation target reports

They are looking for:

• Demonstrable experience with Land Referencing
• Detailed understanding of UK statutory consents requirements
• Ideally experience working on DCOs
• Experience on water, energy or infrastructure projects
• Team leadership experience delivering on complex work

They are offering 65-75k salary for a Director and higher for a Technical Director. They also offer a discretionary bonus and generous car allowance.
