looking for a new opportunity?
I'm working with a
multi-discipline surveying company that are looking for experienced
Land Surveyors to join their growing team in Leeds.
In this
role you will be working with an experienced team of surveyors,
reporting into a survey manager. Depending on your background and
experience, you will be attached to either construction,
road/highways, rail, utility, building or water based projects.
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have a proven track
record of surveying. This could be anything from a UK based surveying
degree/formal qualification through to practical survey industry
experience.
Experience using at least one of the below
equipment is essential:
Leica - Total station
Leica -
Cyclone
3D Lazer Scanner
Trimble
GPR - Ground penetrating
radar
AutoCAD or Pointcloud
Typically speaking,
surveyors will be given their own project to manage where they will be
responsible for site surveying - topographical and/or MBS Measured
Building Surveyors depending on their experience.
As a
result surveyors will operate in a site based capacity which will
involve travel and stay away work nationwide. A normal week will
include 1 day from the office or working from home to process survey
data using AutoCAD.
Salaries are negotiable dependant on
skills and experience between:
£26,000 - £36,000 + benefits
+ overtime + package. You will be provided with a company vehicle and
fuel card. Some staying away will be required but not often.
