Position overview:

We are seeking a linguist to join our language team. This role combines linguistic, creative, and coding skills to ensure the quality of AI-generated copy and support our global customer base.

As a language specialist you will:

·        Ensure that the content generated by our platform is free from spelling and grammatical errors and aligns with our customers’ brand guidelines

·        Receive training on how to work with Phrasee's Natural Language Generation (NLG) systems

·        Troubleshoot, problem solve and bug fix

·        Partner with our customer success team to provide language support for global brands

Requirements:

·        A passion for languages and emerging language technologies

·        Native-level fluency in English (additional language are a bonus)

·        A degree in Linguistics/Literature/Modern Languages or another relevant subject

·        Excellent writing ability, including spelling and grammar, and attention to detail

·        Able to adapt style and tone to suit a range of brands and achieve different communication goals within a commercial setting

·        Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills

·        Interest in using logic and coding skills

£30,000 - £30,000 a year
