Laundry Assistant

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

£12.18 per hour

Tower Drive MK14 6NA

3-month contract

Opus People Solutions on Behalf of Milton Keynes Council are recruiting for a Laundry Attendant to support the functions of the Councils Laundry service.

Protective equipment and full training provided.

A full UK Driving licence would be desirable for this role due to laundry collection service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Sorting laundry
• Packing and folding professionally
• Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures
• Tracking which items belong to whom
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean
• Using a roller iron
• Changing chemicals in machines
• Collection and delivery of laundry

The ideal candidate will be organised and good with numbers.
