Law Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer

Full Job Description

My client a well-respected Costs Firm is looking appoint a Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer (4 years +) to work remotely within their experienced team.

The firm deal with all areas of costs litigation with expertise in high value PI and Clin Neg claims alongside Commercial, Court of Protection/Legal Aid, and all other litigation work.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a caseload of litigated costs files from cradle to grave, that would include budgets, PODs and negotiation. Advocacy experience would be beneficial but not essential.
