Private Equity Team

The Private Equity Team is widely regarded as being one of the strongest practices in the country. Within the group, they have market-leading practitioners providing blue-chip clients with services covering mergers and acquisitions (private and public), takeovers, equity capital markets, private equity, securities, restructuring and corporate governance.

This role will see the candidate working closely with highly regarded partners with extensive experience and breadth of knowledge. They will be exposed to International and pan-European transactions working with various clients creating a well-rounded private equity lawyer.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have sound practical experience and strong interpersonal skills are also desirable traits. In addition, they will have:

• strong technical knowledge with regard to private equity;
• strong transactional experience;
• outstanding academic credentials; and
• excellent client relationship skills.

Candidates who are broader Corporate M&A lawyer must have more than 50% private equity experience to be considered for the role.

Candidates MUST be a qualified solicitor.
