LEAD AI ARCHITECT

HYBRID (LONDON)

£80,000 - £100,000

COMPANY:

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Lead AI Architect to drive innovation and AI within the insurance sector. Renowned for its commitment to excellence and industry expertise, this firm is dedicated to delivering transformative strategies and technologies that drive client success.

ROLE:

• Leading the design and execution of AI solutions tailored to the unique requirements and challenges faced by insurance clients.
• Orchestrating the end-to-end architecture of AI systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Providing strategic direction and thought leadership on AI best practices, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
• Overseeing the implementation and deployment of AI models, monitoring their efficacy and refining as necessary.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, furnishing expertise and insights to help them harness the full potential of AI within their organizations.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• An education in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering AI solutions within the insurance domain ,
• Hands-on experience across predictive modelling, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Thorough comprehension of insurance business processes and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of guiding teams and driving projects to successful completion.
