Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy for the software development team
• Guide and mentor engineers in making informed technical decisions
• Set the bar for engineering excellence by demonstrating exceptional technical skills
• Hands-on coding and development to implement solutions
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks

Skills:

• Proven experience in C# and web development
• Strong proficiency in Blazor and Razor syntax
• Familiarity with Front End technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ is a plus
