Lead Business Analyst | Permanent | North West London | £55-58k

We are currently on the lookout for an experience Business Analyst willing to join a fantastic Non-Profit Organisation, with a fantastic purpose, based in North West London. This role will offer crucial support in the programme, supporting a number of project managers as well as leading more junior BAs to drive delivery across the workstreams.

They are looking for someone with intuition, drive and a 'doer' attitude who can come to line management with solutions alongside problems. A technically-minded, excellent communicator to ensure the workload is taken off the manager's shoulders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Building up frameworks, templates and best practices
• Developing internal processes, business process mapping
• Managing and supporting 3-4 BAs
• Working heavily alongside engineering a data teams, as well as other various stakeholders

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in similar BA role(s)
• Stakeholder, team management and communication experience essential
• Knowledge of data, with a medical background to understand industry jargon
• Non-profit experience very beneficial
• Experience working in agile methodology, but understanding of other methodologies as well

• Permanent position
• £55-58k pa + great benefits
