THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Looking to optimise efficiency and drive strategic growth, they are now looking to hire a Lead Data Analyst to spearhead their Business Intelligence efforts.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data to inform critical decision-making and drive actionable insights across the organization.

Your day to day will involve:

• Manage and optimize Tableau dashboards to provide comprehensive data insights to all departments.
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data from our BigQuery data warehouse.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Product, Business Development, and Content.
• Focus on data utilization efficiency, continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance business performance.
• Oversee existing data infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and reliability.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

From a technical perspective, you will require:

• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with BigQuery, DBT, or Python/R is beneficial.

Your background should include:

• Experience leading BI capabilities as an individual contributor.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A self-starter mindset with a strong drive for success and ownership.
