Job Title: Lead Producer (Live Events) - 

Location: Epsom, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join our team on a remote basis. The Lead Producer will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing live events from conception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and plan live events, defining objectives, themes, and logistics.

2. Production Management: Oversee all aspects of event production, including venue selection, stage design, technical production, staffing, and scheduling.

3. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards and profitability.

4. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services, equipment, and resources for events.

5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including production crew, technical staff, performers, and volunteers, to deliver successful events.

6. Logistics and Operations: Coordinate event logistics and operations, including load-in/load-out, transportation, catering, security, and guest services.

7. Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and execution process, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.

8. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of event production, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  
- Proven experience (X years) in event production, preferably within the live events industry, with a successful track record of delivering large-scale events.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

- Proficiency in event planning software and tools, such as event management software, project management tools, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).

- Flexibility to travel and work onsite at events as required.

Additional Information:

- This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work from home for two days per week.
  
- Salary range: £65,000 to £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
