Role overview
As a Lead Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering employee research programs in some of the world’s largest organisations, informing C-suite leaders on how to shape engagement, culture, and leadership strategy.
This is a new role, as a result of growth we’ve achieved over recent years and to support the growth we’re looking for in the future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accountability for leading and delivering all stages of a project
- Day-to-day responsibility for offering sound, credible research advisory to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Utilise a wide range of analytics tools to discover actionable insights that support project definition and scope.
- Working with research objectives to create hypothesis-led analysis plans
- Identify patterns in data to formulate hypotheses and insights that can drive strategic business decisions.
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative data to create a comprehensive understanding of the client's business environment.
- Participate in engagement and communication projects to improve employee interaction and satisfaction.
- Clearly and effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
We have offices in London, Manchester and York and offer hybrid working from one of our offices, and the rest will be working from home.
About you…
- Excellent Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing large data sets to distil insights
- Experience in explaining complex data analysis to clients and conveying tech terms in digestible jargon
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Knowledge and understanding of a good range of statistical techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working effectively within a team as well as independently, including providing clear direction and support to junior team members
- Takes responsibility to ensure deliverables under own remit follow best practice and are error free
- Drive, commitment, and a desire to progress and learn
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Communicates positively through pressured situations
- Demonstrates strong Client First behaviours
- Ability to use R advantageous
