Job responsibilities
- As a member the Project RIO team in Asset Management Technology you will be part of a team of professionals supporting the adoption of the IMOS middle office services platform, a key initiative for both Asset Management and the Corporate and Investment Bank.
- As an Architect for Project RIO you will be a core contributor in determining how the technical integration will be implemented between the platforms of both organizations.
- You will be responsible for bridging the gap between the two platforms when operating models differ with your creative solutioning.
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience (Java)
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Expertise in Java
- Deep knowledge in one or more software, applications, and architecture
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
