Unleash Your Power BI Skills: Take Charge of Operational Excellence!

Are you a data-driven, process-savvy analyst eager to leave your mark?

As our Power BI whiz!, you'll become the strategic maestro of our Delivery Function, wielding the power of both PMO excellence and Power BI magic.

Imagine:

• 50% of your time crafting insightful Power BI dashboards and reports, guiding our Delivery Function with laser-sharp data insights.
• Financial monitoring, strategic recommendations, risk management, and more: You'll become the resident data sherpa, translating numbers into actionable intelligence.
• The other 50%? You'll be the PMO powerhouse, working hand-in-hand with our Delivery Leadership team to implement scalable processes and rock-solid governance. Stakeholder management? C-suite interaction? Bring it on!

But wait, there's more! You'll also:

• Own and master Operational reporting , ensuring data quality and insightful trends for informed decision-making.
• Be the accreditation & certification guru , keeping track of everything (roll-offs included).
• Build and manage a PMO Apprentice scheme , nurturing future PMO champions.
• Streamline the Delivery Onboarding process and create a winning SharePoint site.
• Be the timesheet whisperer , ensuring smooth sailing with the consolidation process.
• Dive into exciting new PMO initiatives , implementing processes, procedures, and IT solutions.
• Become the reporting & documentation go-to , crafting insightful reports, managing decks, and boosting process improvement.

Here's what we're looking for:

We're searching for a dynamic individual with:

• Power BI mastery: Expert use of Microsoft Power BI to provide high-quality reports and dashboards, including using DAX and M coding languages. PL-300 certified? Even better!
• Sharp analytical skills: Turn data into actionable insights that drive real impact.
• Stakeholder management : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Change management: Implement new processes with confidence and finesse.
• Tech-savvy: MS Office Suite, Power BI, and Visio are your playground.
• Financial management expertise: Numbers whisper secrets to you.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical, interpretation, and reporting skills, including trend analysis. Demonstrable ability to derive robust and actionable insights from data turned into actual operational benefits.
