Reporting into the Head of Product, as the Lead Product Manager at Pion you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process and leading a team of talented product managers for your area of responsibility.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, develop strategies, and prioritize features based on user needs and market trends. Your role will involve conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and making data-driven decisions to drive product success.

You should have a proven track record of delivering successful products and leading high-performing teams. Responsibilities Include

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development process from both a B2B and B2C perspective.
• Define product strategy and roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features
• Monitor and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous product improvement

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Product Manager with the following experience:

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products across B2B and B2C, ideally within web/app/
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and agile product development methodologies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred
• Product Manager line management experience
