Full Job Description

Are you an experienced and driven refrigeration maintenance professional seeking an exciting leadership role?

My market leading, FM client are hiring a mobile lead refrigeration maintenance engineer to join their team, focusing on large static commercial sites across London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.

  • Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week
  • Mobile across multiple London static sites
  • 56,000 (dependant on experience) + van & fuel card

Responsibilities:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times
  • First point of contact and support the Operations Manager for escalations within your allocated stores
  • Complete and document initial return to work interviews / welfare meetings
  • Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's
  • Carry out surveys and reports
  • Respond to service requests
  • Responsible for 15x engineers

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 and City & Guilds 2078/2079 are essential
  • NVQ Level 3, CO2 and CARE qualifications are preferred
  • Team leadership / supervisor experience would be advantageous
  • Full driving licence is essential
  • CAFM system to manage task completion.
