Lead Scrub Practitioner - Orthopaedics - RGN/ODP

£50,000 - £55,000 + 35 Days Leave, Complimentary meals and extensive benefits package

Central London

Full time / Permanent - Mixture of Early and Late Shifts

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a well recognised Private Surgical Hospital in Central London which offers surgical services for privately paying, privately insured and NHS referred patients.


We are looking for an experienced theatre practitioner to join on a full time permanent basis, and be part of a multi disciplinary team in the safe deliver of surgeries for Orthopaedics and Spinal procedures


The Lead Theatre Practitioner is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality patient care during surgical cases, specifically in Orthopaedics


They must possess in-depth knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and mentor the scrub team.

Job Requirements:


- RGN or ODP Qualified

- Extensive Scrub experience

- Spinal or Orthopaedics Experience

- NMC or HCPC registration

- NHS or Private Experience - both considered

- Previous experience working within a senior or lead capacity will be advantageous

- Passion for high quality patient care

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- High sense of personal responsibilities

- Ability to work as part of a team



Location:


This position is based in Central London, near Marylebone and accessible by all major bus and underground routes
