Learning & Development Specialist

London / Hybrid (2-4 times a month in the office)

Contract until end December 2024

£642.16 p/d

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Learning & Development Specialist

Role Purpose:

The Organisational Capability Consultant is responsible for supporting the Programme Leads to scope and manage a portfolio of business agnostic: Group learning academies, talent programmes, career development tools and propositions organised around key skills, domains and talent segments:

Develop solutions through an academy approach focussing on key areas such as Wealth, Agile, Sales, Personal Skills etc.

Provide strategic specialist Organisational Capability support for GB/GF strategic priorities e.g. BWOT, AWT, FoFL (expectation min 30% of time)

Develop career and talent development programmes

Requirements:

Deep technical subject matter expertise in organisational capability including external trends and developments

Experience of working in a large matrix organisation, ideally international

Learning & Development background – consultancy as well as building

• awareness of other HR disciplines e.g. hiring, talent, performance management, diversity & inclusion and reward, and how they interplay with learning solutions
• experience is highly desirable
• on, enthusiastic, engaging and a willingness to learn is a must
• and compliance background / experience is desirable
• senior stakeholder management skills are required
