Learning Design Manager – London, UK (Hybrid) – Possibl - (12 month fixed term contract, maternity leave - potential to go permanent)

Possibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible) a new position has become available to join their high performing and creative design hub for a Learning Design Manager to create memorable learning experiences across a range of topics, serving big name clients in the UK.

You would be joining a growing, vibrant and award winning consultancy rubbing shoulders with a mix of consultants, expert practitioners and senior HR, L&D and talent leaders creating meaningful, high impact development experiences for big name businesses across early careers, management and leadership development, L&D programmes and communications. What you will do:

  • Design and develop experiential learning, training and communications programmes from scratch (Virtual and F2F)
  • Lead end to end on small and medium sized projects, contributing to large higher value ones
  • Manage several client projects at the same time
  • Use your writing skills to create memorable bespoke learning sessions with clear outcomes
  • Support on sales related activities such as RFPs, proposals etc

Experience & skills required:

  • Time served designing experiential learning sessions (ideally using behavioural science and human centred design principles)
  • Excellent relationship builder internally and externally
  • Collaborative
  • Experience working with clients either agency or consulting 
  • Strong creative writing skills – for both L&D design and generally
  • Analytical and able to problem solve
  • Experienced (min 2 + years) in an HR, L&D, talent & development role ideally (in-house or consulting) or within a creative writing position, with an interest in learning & development.
