**Job Title: Learning Mentor with Driving Duties**

**Location: Exeter, United Kingdom**

**Salary: £100-£120 per day**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and autism? TeacherActive is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to join our team in Exeter. This role involves driving responsibilities to support children in various settings.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

- Offering one-to-one and small group assistance to children with SEMH and autism.

- Executing tailored intervention strategies to foster social and emotional well-being.

- Aiding in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management techniques.

- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the holistic development of students.

- Transporting children to and from appointments or activities as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working with children with SEMH and autism.

- Solid grasp of behavior management methods and strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
