Learning Support Assistant 

• Location: Horncastle
• Salary: £85 - £100 per day
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent
• Start Date: ASAP

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive team in Horncastle. This role involves assisting students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the support required to succeed in their educational endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with various learning difficulties.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong communication skills and a patient approach.
• Commitment to professional development and learning.
