Learning Support Assistant

Nottingham City Centre NG1 | £90 - £105 per day | Temporary to Permanent | ASAP or 01.09.2024

LTF Recruitment are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support across year groups with SEN and behaviour. The role will be full time, 5 days per week working from 8:30-3:30 in term time. The role is based at a mainstream primary school in starting ASAP, we are also recruiting for a September Start for the same role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide support to pupils in a hardworking KS1 Classroom
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
Assist with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD
Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
Working alongside and providing additional support
Liaising with the class teacher and school SENCO around progress of pupilsThe school are looking for candidates who:

Hold a relevant degree or TA qualification
Have experience working with children within a school
Experience of working with special educational needs is desirable
Can adapt approach to meet learner's needs
