Full Job Description

• Learning Trainer - Virtual and Face to Face Training Exp
• 2 days a week onsite at either - Bristol, Leeds, London, Manchester
• 9 week contract
• Inside of IR35

To specifically deliver the Regulatory, Technical and Operational curriculum, displaying a high level of knowledge and application of face to face and virtual learning trainer standards together with external best practice learning delivery methods and techniques.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver face to face Regulatory, Technical and Operational courses to groups and or individuals fully utilising a pre-designed framework to support business objectives and relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Ensure the course and individual training objectives are achieved through the effective utilisation of a full range of face to face and virtual learning theories and approaches.
• Monitor own delivery standards and feedback to ensure ‘best in class’ delivery.
• Utilise the learning management system effectively to manage and undertake training administration in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Maintain own expertise by keeping up to date with new processes, key developments and updates and changes to deliver an effective and efficient service to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Manage operational risk ensuring adherence to Group-wide policies, championing compliance with Group-wide frameworks and standards.

Key Skills

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and delivery skills with knowledge of different learning theories and styles.
• Experience of delivering training virtually, using MS Teams
• Experience using Articulate & Adobe
• Experience delivering Training Sessions within the Financial Services Sector.
