This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager, (Operational & Technical Training) to join our People Experience Hub (PEH)  based in our Bristol office. You will provide support to Computershare across geographies, partnering with the business to successfully deliver learning and performance solutions across new hires, upskilling and key project work. Are you passionate and process driven, getting down to the finer detail with experience managing end to end training programmes, being involved in global projects, leading a strong and dedicated team? This is a career expanding opportunity for you as an integral role in our global team which includes areas such as Employee Share Plans and liaising with Business Partners, Business Stakeholders, and the broader TL&D team to provide strategic direction for the business unit(s).

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Empower and lead a team of L&D professionals to develop and implement the core operational and technical training.
  • Be a support for the Head of Operational & Technical Training and be a member of the Operational & Technical Training management team to agree on priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement all whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide consulting and guidance to key stakeholders.

What will you bring to the role? 

The successful person will have well developed stakeholder management skills, be a solid team player and be comfortable collaborating with others all whilst learning and sharing great ideas. 

You will also demonstrate robust project management experience and have a strong L&D Background with some management experience under your belt. 

You will be flexible in your approach to handle the unique challenges faced when managing a global team across multiple time zones. This is not a typical 9-5 role but that's what makes it so exciting - being part of a global business!
