Full Job Description

My client is looking for a dynamic Lettings Agent to join their team to play a vital role in their continued success. If you want to join

an outstanding company in Nuneaton who specialise in Lettings, particularly managing Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO's) then read on. 

Basic Salary £16,500

OTE £30,000+

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct quality property viewings 
  • Build and nurture relationships with landlords and Tennant’s
  • Some administration duties
  • Checking in new tenants

Essential:

  • Previous lettings experience is preferred. Familiarity with local regulations and legislation governing HMO properties would be great however full training will be given. 
  • You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven . They are looking for a good team player . The current team have consistently maintained a steady flow of viewings and applications, for which they are incredibly proud. My client would want you to continue at this level. 
  • Well-presented, communicative and articulate and be able to converse with people on all levels.  Clear and effective communication skills are vital for liasing with landlords, tenants, contractors and local authorities. You will need to convey information clearly, negotiate terms and resolve conflicts diplomatically. 
  • Resilience and positivity . When challenges arise unexpectedly its crucial that you can navigate through them with a positive attitude and unwavering resilience. 
  • Local knowledge is preferred. A good understanding of the local rental market and trends will be required and you would be expected to stay up to date with market conditions, rental rates and demand for rental properties in the area.
  • A full UK driving license.

In return:

  • A basic Salary of £16'500
  • An OTE of £30,000+
  • Full training and development
Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays and where a Saturday is worked time off in lieu will be given. 
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
