LETTINGS & MANAGEMENT FINANCE MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Location: Horsham, RH12

Salary: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a specialist Letting Agency with offices in the Horsham area and they are looking for an experienced Lettings & Management Finance Manager.

Previous experience in Residential Lettings Client Accounts is essential but the perfect candidate will also have strong experience in team management and in mentoring staff as well .  

Additional skills and experience could include involvement in the acquisition of lettings portfolios.  

The successful candidate will be a Proactive Lettings & Management Finance Manager with the ability to prioritise and organise their time productively.   

They must have significant experience client account management, be dependable and accurate . You will be involved in setting targets, recruitment, training, disciplines and motivation.  

• Current and previous experience as a Finance Manager  
• Full understanding of property management accounts 
• Ability to motivate and develop a team  
• Smart & well-presented 
• Excellent telephone manner and superb inter-personal skills 
• Ambitious and self-motivated  
• The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
