LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR / PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Sales Agency

Location: Portslade, BN41

Salary: £ 25k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking an organised, experienced Lettings Administrator / Property Manager to join a local independent estate & lettings agent.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in residential Property Lettings Administration and residential Property Management.

You will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment; you will be able to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.

You will also have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way.

role will include:

• Previous experience in Lettings Administration and Property Management
• High level of customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Stay calm under pressure
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• A confident team player
• Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
• Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
• F ull UK driving license is beneficial
• Previous ARLA qualification helpful
