LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Ashford, Kent

Salary: OTE: £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a successful, independent Sales and Lettings Agency and, as a result of expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced, energetic and thoroughly professional Lettings Manager to join their professional team based at their Ashford office.

You will need to have a great track record in residential Lettings and be capable generating and winning new business from both Landlords.

You will be keen, enthusiastic, articulate, proactive and have the ability to build excellent rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You should also have some previous experience at a Managerial level and understand about managing and motivating your team, but having said that, the company may consider an aspiring Lettings Assistant Manager who has the right attitude and feels ready to step up to a new challenge!

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Manager will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Significant Listing / Valuations experience
• Managing and mentoring a team
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge and living close to the Ashford area essential
• Full Driving License
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
