Level 2 IT Support Engineer
Salary:
Up to 32,000
Location: Harrogate
Covering operating systems from Windows, macOS, Unix and
ESXi.
My client are a small IT company with big ambitions, and
looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. We provide IT
services to customers in several industries. Services include managed
services, support, installation, supply and consultancy.
You
will be based at the head office in Harrogate and responsibilities
involve providing technical services to a variety of customers over
telephone, email and remotely, in addition to working on projects and
visiting customers.
You will be solving technical
issues including:
* Windows Client/Server
* Active
Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Group Policies, DHCP & DNS
* Backup
Systems (Mostly Veeam)
* Virtualisation (ESXI, Hyper-V)
* System
deployment, MDM (Intune, JAMF)
* Networking
Strong technical
skills are essential, along with an ability to adapt, learn quickly
and work independently.
