Lift Installation Engineer

Full Job Description

We are currently working on behalf ofone of the UK's leading independent lift companies providing lift maintenance, lift repair and lift modernisation services to assist in recruiting for a SeniorNew Lift Installation Engineer to work predominantly in Central London on prestigious sites.

The role of theNew Lift Installation Engineer will involve;

• Leading the installation of traction and hydraulic bespoke lift packages into prestigious sites and construction sites across London and the Southeast, however the bulk of the work will be inside Zone 1-3.
• Mentoring and training Junior Engineers in assisting their completion of the NVQ 3 qualification in Lift Installation.
• Liaising directly with the clients whilst working on site, as well as working in conjunction with the Project Manager, Site Manager and other Site Representatives.
• Working alongside other trades collaboratively.

To be considered for the position ofNew Lift Installation Engineer, you must have;

• Previous experience and confidence in the installation of traction and hydraulic bespoke lift packages.
• Ideally experience of working with high-end blue-chip clients.
• Experience in leading and guiding other engineers whilst working on site.
• An NVQ 3 in Lift Installation, J-Module Lift Engineering Qualifications, BTEC in Lift Engineering or other industry-related certification.
• A full UK driving license, due to the location of works, however for some jobs public transport may be a more suitable method of commute.

The role of theNew Lift Installation Engineer will offer an excellent remuneration package, including;

• A basic salary of up to 48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• 25 days' annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
