Looking for a varied role where no two days are the
same?
Attega Group is currently partnering
with our client in recruiting a Logistic Administrator to join the
team.
The main purpose of this role is to work both in
logistics and the warehouse, coordinating stock management, storage
and dispatch, managing the delivery process and liaising with
customers.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up
to £30,000 , depending on experience, plus holiday,
company pension and an annual company bonus.
This is a
full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday,
9am to 5:30pm.
As the Logistic
Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the sales team and relevant in-house departments about customer orders.
- Ensure order acknowledgements with lead times are provided to the customer and updates are communicated.
- Ensuring all orders entered on SAP/Salesforce and paperwork are accurate, and deadlines are met.
- Managing warranty swap requests and overseeing agreed return and dispatch of goods
- Logging of new leads on our CRM system and passing to appropriate personnel for action.
- Provide quotations as requested by field and internal sales personnel using SAP.
- Liaising with the sales team and relevant in-house departments in relation to customer orders, processing of sales orders on SAP and update the CRM as appropriate. Ensure order acknowledgements with lead times are provided to the customer and updates are communicated.
The ideal candidate:
- Customer service experience
- Admin/logistics work experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
