We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar assistant to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leadingHotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five foodand beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatmentrooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf. We have had a really exciting year so far at The Belfry,starting with hosting The British Masters in August 2024, and continuing withthe launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.
The Belfry Meetings and Events:
At The Belfry we have beautifulevent spaces. Our comprehensive and stylish meeting facilities comprise of 24conference and banqueting rooms and can cater for a variety of events fromboard meetings to a full-scale conference or a product launch,. The resort alsocaters for more leisure based events such as weddings, christenings andbirthday celebrations.
Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £11.68 -
£12.24 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £10.88 -
£11.44 plus a qualified estimate of £0.80 gratuities per hour
About the role
As a food and beverage assistant,your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender:
· Towelcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner
· Todeliver a great experience from beginning to end
· Toconfidently talk about our drinks menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically
· Cleaningand good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
· To workacross any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smoothrunning of the resort as a whole.
