Full Job Description
Following an extremely busy Q1 within the asset surveying market,
TSA Surveying are currently working in conjunction with a building
services consultancy thathave two large pieces of international M&E
Asset Surveying workscheduled to commence from May onwards andrun
continuously for approximately 4 months.
The first of these
projects is for a large food manufacturing organisation, to carry out
mechanical and electrical surveys oftheir office space and
manufacturing sites across Europe, with the majority concentrated in
France, Germany and Poland. The project is scheduled to commence on
the 6th of May and conclude in 2/3 months time. This will be a
validation style survey, utilisngthe company'salready existingasset
data.
The second of these projects is also for a global
manufacturing/retail company to carry out surveys of their office
space and industrial sites. This project is currently split into 2
regions, one being Europe and theother being Southeast ASIA/Oceania.
This project will also be starting at the beginning of Mayand ending
in late August.
We are looking to build a team of approximately 10M&E individuals. There is a fair degree of flexibility in the programme to accommodate for individuals that would either want to work continuously or alternatively to return home during the programme.
We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyorsto
carry out a room by room, condition survey including verification and
lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising the
consultants own inhouse software. Due to the end client and remote
nature of the role we are looking for candidates with a strong prior
track record in M&E Asset Surveys, and a prior background within MEP
services either for an FM provider, an end client or
consultant.
Candidates must hold a valid passport and be
willing to drive throughout Europe.
The role is outside of IR35.
