Machine Operator
13 per hour (up to 26 per hour overtime
available)
Andover
Monday Friday 06:00 - 14:00 then switching to
14:00 - 22:00 each week
Temporary to Permanent

My well-established and market leading client is
seeking motivated individuals to join their expanding team as Machine
Operatives. There are multiple positions available across the factory
including operating different sections of the production line,
operating various machinery.
Main duties & responsibilities
will include:
* Operating manufacturing machinery that includes
manual handling and heavy lifting.
* Ensuring that the products
meet high-quality standards.
* Working in a small team and striving
to hit daily KPI targets
* Adhering to health & safety in the
workplace
The ideal candidate will demonstrate
* Previous
experience in a manufacturing, labour, or mechanical background
*
Experience of die cutting, flexographic printing, gluing and stitching
processes would be extremely advantageous
* Attention to detail
* The ability to follow instructions and procedures in an accurate
and timely manner
