Maintenance Supervisor - Facilities Management - Hard FM - Bishopsgate, London

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge?

My client is a market leading facilities management organisation, who due to a promotion are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to take on the leadership of the onsite maintenance team at an international law firm close to Liverpool Street, London.

Key Duties Include:

• Leadership of a Team of 3 x Maintenance Engineers
• Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the building such as: Completing log books, FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls), AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Plumbing repairs, Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs), L8 Water Hygiene Tasks
• Ensure strong communication clients
• Manage workload accordingly
• Managing statutory compliances and logbooks onsite
• Manage sub contract labour.
• Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures

Salary & Package:

• £55,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 till 17:00
• 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
