Maintenance Technician job with a successful and locally grown food producer

We are recruiting a Maintenance Technician with our client who produce a range of quality fresh foods from their production plant near Armagh.

Electrical bias is preferred but we are also open to multi-skilled candidates with maintenance experience in production/ FMCG settings.

Rotating shifts across Monday to Friday early, days and lates with some Saturdays on a rota

The Role

Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
Fault finding and trouble shooting technical issues
Refurbishment, modification and installation work
Work as part of a team to minimise downtime and improve performance
Assist in organising stores and parts
Record maintenance logs as required

What we are looking for

Qualified in Electrical or Engineering discipline
Maintenance experience in a production, food or FMCG setting
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
Can work well in a team and pro-active approach to solve problems
