Maintenance Technician

Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our well established client. 

Job Duties: 

• To maintain and repair all manufacturing equipment, analysing faults and providing a solution in a safe and timely manner to maximise machine up time. 
• Service equipment to agreed PM schedules.
• 1st Line response to breakdowns.
• Carry out agreed improvement modifications to capital equipment. 
• Carry out mechanical and electrical work as required or instructed in a safe and efficient manner at all times. 
• Complete daily logs and data capture via CMMS system. 
• Carry out duties required whilst contributing to the ongoing Continuous Improvement of process and product.

Requirements: 

• Time served Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship.
• HNC/D certificate or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in similar role.
• Proven ability to fault find and problem solve.
• Faultfinding PLC systems.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
• Servo Drives experience - Desirable. 
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification - Desirable. 

Salary: £37,000 Per Annum. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.  

This is a Full time, Permanent position.
