Full Job Description

Salary: £24,960 per annum 

Hours: 40 per week

Location: The Warren, LL53 7AA

Job Type: Permanent

Haulfryn has a fantastic opportunity to join our Maintenance team at our stunning Warren Park!

As a Maintenance & Grounds Person you will:

  • Complete property maintenance jobs to the highest standards including but not limited to mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating and general repairs to ensure owner and customer satisfaction
  • Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace
  • Be actively involved in the development of the Park
  • Empty, clean, refill hot tubs on changeover days whilst checking chemicals on daily basis
  • Be proactive and seek for daily maintenance issues in lodges and rectify
  • Work within a team to maintain park
The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds and maintenance alongside a range of property maintenance tasks whilst also holding a valid full UK driving license.
