This service is in Saltwell (Gateshead) and for this role we are recruiting Male Support Workers who can drive and have access to their own vehicle only.

Our in-house Learning Disabilities Trainer will ensure you have the competencies and specialist learning disabilities training for your role.

  • Pay: £10.70 p/hr
  • Bonus schemes*: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher

As a Learning Disabilities Support Worker , you will support a gentlemen in his 30's who lives in the Saltwell area of Gateshead. This individual is a very social individual who loves football (big Arsenal supporter), enjoys visiting the cinema (a big film buff) and we are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious full-time support to help this individual to access the local community, ensure his support needs are met and that he is living a fulfilled life.

Joining our team, you will benefit from:

  • Working 4 days a week 9am-5pm
  • Working 1 day a week 12pm-6pm
  • Weekend working when required - generally alternate weekends
