Management Accountant

Location; Manchester 

Salary:40k-45k p.a

We are looking for someone who can: 

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions 
• Proactively review and improve accounting processes, procedures, and practices, increasing efficiencies and ensuring the needs of the business are met
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing appropriate information and as required
• Monitor and control costs within the accounts function
• Manage and develop the Accounts team to deliver the financial needs of the business
• Improve service quality by evaluating systems and devising new processes as appropriate

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment- within a Management position
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills, and comfortable communicating at all levels
• High level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
• Competent in working in a P2P environment

The Ideal candidate for this role:

• 3-5 Years of Management Accountant experience 
• Part Qualified of Qualified Accountant 
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems
