MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

THE ROLE & LOCATION

Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: L7 7D

Based in Liverpool and reporting to the Finance Manager, we are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* Management accounts – Assisting in producing management accounts for a group of companies including maintaining fixed asset register, posting prepayments, posting accruals, reconciling all balance sheet accounts, budget analysis

* Bank - General bank duties such as making payments, recording daily bank movements, reconciling bank transactions

* Analysis reports – Weekly cost reports produced on Excel and reconciled to system data

* Reconciliation - Reconciling council, electricity, and rent accounts

* VAT and CIS - understanding of CIS and construction related VAT

* Purchase ledger - Reconciling purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and managing supplier payment runs, subcontractor invoice processing

* Payroll – Processing salaries on Sage Payroll

SALARY RANGE

Up to £35,000.00 depending on experience.

WORKING HOURS

Full time permanent.

40 hours per week.
