Overview:
As
the Manager, BT Change Management, Communications and Training, you
will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational effectiveness
by developing and executing comprehensive communication and training
strategies, as well as managing change efforts. Your expertise in
these domains will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes for
our organization.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Craft clear, persuasive, and impactful messages to engage employees, stakeholders, and the public.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and objectives.
- Design and develop training programs, materials, and curricula to support employee development and skills enhancement.
- Utilize adult learning principles to create effective and engaging training experiences.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Provide coaching and support to trainers and participants to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Lead and oversee change management efforts for strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
- Develop clear change visions and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess organizational readiness for change and develop mitigation plans for potential resistance.
- Create a wide range of training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and videos.
- Develop written and visual communication content, including newsletters, reports, press releases, and marketing collateral.
- Leverage storytelling techniques to convey change messages effectively.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to gather input, build relationships, and ensure alignment with communication, training, and change management goals.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement measurement and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of communication, training, and change management efforts.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Training and Development, Change Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in designing and managing communication, training, and change management programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using training development tools, communication platforms, and change management methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
