We are looking for a hands on Managing Consultant / Team Lead to head up the HR Recruitment division in our top performing Manchester office.

The Role;

You will be a stand alone 360 Consultant for the first 12 months, with a view to building out a team from there. You will work with and build out both new and existing clients across Banking, Insurance and Asset Management, to deliver the best HR talent (of all levels) on the market. You are able to focus on all areas of HR, from generalist to L&D, to Reward, to Talent Acquisition.


The Person;

You should be a credible, professional and relationship focused HR Recruiter, with a strong candidate network. Ideally you will have worked with some Financial Services businesses and be proactive around networking, bringing in new business and building out our existing client base.
