c£100,000 + excellent bonus package including LTIP

We’re proudly partnering with one of the UK’s leading recruitment businesses.  To find a leadership-level individual that will spearhead the next chapter of their continued growth.
  
In this pivotal role, you will own the full day-to-day operational running of the business.  From key client liaison, to internal operational excellence.  Developing and coaching a senior management team that will report to you.  There is significant financial investment available for this position and you’ll be executing a bold but achievable future growth plan.
  
You will need to have a proven track of management at a senior level within professional services recruitment.  Including the management of multiple teams and locations.  Travel will inevitably be required as part of the position.
