We are delighted to be partnering with an established Blue Chip FMCG Manufacturing business in the London area who are recruiting a Manufacturing Manager.

Reporting to the Factory General Manager, the individual will be responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of 200 + in a highly automated environment. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills within a well-established and continually growing business with a proven track record of promoting people internally. They are interested in high-level candidates with varied level of experience

Driving a strong safety, quality and continuous improvement culture will be fundamental for the role. The successful candidate will have experience leading teams within a FMCG manufacturing environment across both operations and engineering functions.
